Rack Processor Controls
The Surround Processor contains the ASP510 audio electronics and is controlled from the desktop remote over the RS485 link.
The rear panel provides interfaces for:
- three surround monitor sources
- three stereo monitor sources
- encoder and decoder inserts
- console monitoring and logic
- stereo and surround record/playback
- six main speaker outputs plus alternate Left and Right outputs
The Console Interface can accept Solo, Dim and Talkback logic from a host console. Its Control Room inputs can also feed the Left and Right monitors directly when ASP510 is in Bypass.
A Guide or Production track can be routed to the main Left and Right monitors through the same interface.
