iD48 Manual

iD48 is a 24-input, 32-output USB-C audio interface with eight Audient Console mic preamps, two independent headphone outputs, dual optical I/O, eight switchable balanced insert/line-output paths, word-clock I/O, low-latency DSP monitoring and audio loopback. A maximum of 24 unique output channels can be used simultaneously over USB.

Hardware overview​

The front panel provides the instrument inputs, eight gain controls and input-status indicators, hardware output meters, Main Monitor encoder, Alt and Talkback buttons, two function buttons, two independent headphone outputs and their volume controls.

The rear panel carries the mains inlet, USB-C connection, two optical input/output pairs, BNC word-clock input/output, two stereo monitor-output pairs, the ADC Input/Insert Return and Line Output/Insert Send DB25 connectors, and eight mic/line combi inputs.
