Installation and Registration

EVO SP8 is an ADAT preamp expander rather than a USB audio interface, so normal audio operation does not require a USB audio driver or EVO Software Mixer installation.

Register EVO SP8

Register EVO SP8 through Audient ARC to associate the product with your account and access available product resources.

You will need the EVO SP8 serial number and the unique four-digit PIN printed on the underside of the unit. Enter the serial number with its dashes. The GTIN13 printed on the box is not the registration PIN.

USB connection

The rear USB-C port is labelled For Updates Only. It is used with Audient DFU when updating EVO SP8 firmware; it does not turn EVO SP8 into a USB audio interface.
