Firmware Updates

Audient may release firmware updates for EVO 16 to maintain compatibility, improve performance and add or refine functionality.

Use the EVO application to check whether an update is available.

Check for an update​

  1. Connect EVO 16 to your computer and switch the interface on.
  2. Make sure the computer has an internet connection.
  3. Open the EVO application menu.
  4. Select Check for Updates.
  5. If a firmware update is available, follow the on-screen prompt to install it.
caution

Switch off any connected speakers before starting a firmware update.

During the update, EVO 16 may restart several times. Allow the update process to complete before disconnecting or powering off the interface.

If you cannot check for updates​

The normal update process requires an internet connection so that the EVO application can contact Audient's update service.

If the update cannot be completed, contact Audient Support for assistance.
