Warranty & Service
Three-year limited warranty
Horizon 32 is covered by Audient's three-year limited warranty from the date of the original purchase.
The warranty applies to the original owner of a product purchased from an authorised Audient reseller and is not transferable to a subsequent owner. A copy of the original dated invoice or store receipt identifying the product serial number is required when making a warranty claim.
The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects confirmed during the warranty period. It does not cover faults or damage resulting from improper use, normal wear and tear, use with an unapproved device, removal of or tampering with the serial-number label, or unauthorised electronic, digital, software or mechanical modification.
The limited warranty is additional to your statutory rights in the country where the product was purchased. For the complete and current terms, see the Audient Warranty Policy at audient.com/warranty.
Requesting warranty service
Contact Audient Support before returning Horizon 32. Audient Support will help troubleshoot the issue and confirm the next steps.
When an apparent fault is confirmed, you may be asked to:
-
Provide dated proof of purchase.
-
Contact the dealer or distributor responsible for the country in which the product was purchased.
-
Return the product through the agreed warranty-service process.
The warranty operates on a return-to-base basis. The product must normally be returned carriage paid to the dealer from which it was purchased. When a product was purchased outside your normal country of residence, it may need to be returned to the original point of purchase. Shipping costs for the repaired return to you are covered by the local market dealer, distributor and/or service agent.
Out-of-warranty service
For faults outside the warranty period, contact Audient Support or the dealer or distributor responsible for your region. Out-of-warranty inspection and repair may be chargeable.
Do not open or attempt to repair Horizon 32 yourself. Internal servicing should be carried out only by suitably qualified service personnel.
