Warranty information
Warranty statement
ORIA is covered by the Audient Limited Hardware Warranty for three years from the original purchase date. The warranty applies to the original owner and requires valid dated proof of purchase.
The warranty covers faults caused by:
- Defective materials used during manufacture
- Faulty workmanship
During the warranty period, Audient will repair or, at its discretion, replace a faulty unit, provided that it is returned carriage paid to an authorised Audient service centre.
Audient will not provide a warranty repair where it considers that the fault resulted from:
- Unauthorised modification
- Misuse
- Negligence
- Accident
Audient accepts liability to repair or replace ORIA as described above but does not accept any additional liability.
This warranty does not affect any legal rights that you may have against the person who supplied the product. It is additional to those rights.
Coverage is subject to Audient's current full warranty terms. See the Audient Warranty Policy for the complete terms and exclusions.
Warranty limitations
The following limitations apply:
- The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident or misuse.
