Studio, Foldback and Control Room
Studio speakers and foldback
The Studio Speaker output and both Foldback outputs can select from EXT 1, EXT 2, C/RM, Cue A and Cue B.
Cue A and Cue B are mono buses that can be assigned independently to the left and right channels. For example, assigning Cue A to Left and Cue B to Right creates a stereo cue mix.
| Control | Function |
|---|---|
| Source Select | Selects EXT 1, EXT 2, C/RM and Cue A/B for Studio or Foldback |
| Studio Level | Sets the Studio Speaker output level |
| Foldback A/B Level | Sets each Foldback output level independently |
| Studio ON | Enables the Studio Speaker output |
| Foldback A/B SOLO | Auditions the selected Foldback output through Control Room; always AFL |
note
Studio and Foldback connections are line-level outputs. Use active monitors or a suitable loudspeaker amplifier for the Studio output, and an appropriate headphone amplifier/distribution system for Foldback.
