Warranty and Service
Audient currently provides a 3-year limited hardware warranty for qualifying products, subject to the current warranty terms and proof-of-purchase requirements.
Warranty period
Audient's current warranty policy states that:
- products purchased on or after 1 February 2021 have a 3-year limited warranty from the original purchase date
- the 3-year limited warranty is also offered retrospectively to qualifying products purchased after 1 February 2018
- proof of purchase is required to establish warranty status
- the warranty applies to products purchased from an authorised Audient reseller
- the warranty is not transferable to a second owner
Registering iD14 MKII in Audient ARC is recommended, but proof of purchase is still required for a warranty claim.
For the complete and current terms, see the Audient Warranty Policy.

Warranty limitations
The current limited warranty does not cover defects arising from improper use, normal wear and tear, or use with an unapproved device.
The warranty may also be void if the serial-number label has been removed or tampered with, or if the product has been modified electronically, digitally, or mechanically.
Refer to the current Audient Warranty Policy for the complete terms and exclusions.
Servicing
iD14 MKII contains no user-serviceable components. Do not attempt component-level repairs yourself. Refer servicing to qualified service personnel.
Out-of-warranty service
If iD14 MKII is outside its warranty period, contact Audient Support or the relevant distributor for available service options. Out-of-warranty repairs may be chargeable.
