Register the console
Register ASP8024-HE through Audient ARC at arc.audient.com. Registration helps identify the product and provides access to current console software/resources.
The ASP8024-HE Downloads page directs owners to ARC for current software, drivers and Faderlink resources.
Current Audient limited warranty
Audient's maintained warranty policy provides a three-year limited warranty from the original purchase date for qualifying products. Proof of purchase is required.

If the console develops a fault
- Contact Audient Support or email support@audient.com.
- Complete the requested remote troubleshooting.
- If a warranty claim is required, provide proof of purchase.
- Follow the dealer/distributor/service route supplied for the region.
Do not ship a console or PSU without the return and packaging instructions provided for the case.
