Warranty and service
ORIA Mini is covered by Audient’s three-year Limited Hardware Warranty when purchased by the original owner from an authorised Audient reseller, subject to the full warranty terms.
This page provides a summary. For the complete and current terms, see the Audient Warranty Policy.
Warranty period
The Limited Hardware Warranty lasts for three years from the original purchase date.
Keep the original dated invoice or store receipt. Proof of purchase identifying the product serial number is required before a warranty claim can be approved.
Registering ORIA Mini through Audient ARC is recommended, but does not replace the requirement to retain proof of purchase.
What the warranty covers
The warranty covers manufacturing defects caused by:
- Defective materials
- Faulty workmanship
During the warranty period, an eligible faulty product will be repaired free of charge or replaced under the warranty terms.
Warranty eligibility
The Limited Hardware Warranty:
- Applies to products purchased from an authorised Audient reseller
- Applies only to the original owner
- Is not transferable to a subsequent owner
- Requires valid, dated proof of purchase identifying the product serial number
Products purchased second-hand are not covered by the Limited Hardware Warranty. Chargeable service support may be available where required.
What the warranty does not cover
The warranty does not cover faults or damage resulting from:
- Accident, misuse, improper use or negligence
- Normal wear and tear
- Use with an unapproved device
- Unauthorised modification
- Repair by an unauthorised service centre
- Removal of or tampering with the serial-number label or identifying information
- Components with a limited service life that require periodic replacement
The warranty does not guarantee that ORIA Mini will operate in any way other than described in this documentation.
Obtaining support
Before returning ORIA Mini:
- Check the connections and complete the relevant steps in Troubleshooting.
- Contact Audient Support.
- If the product is considered faulty, provide the serial number and a copy of the original dated proof of purchase.
- Contact the original dealer or local distributor when instructed.
- Follow the return instructions provided by Audient, the dealer or the distributor.
Do not return ORIA Mini to Audient, a dealer, distributor or service centre until return instructions have been provided.
Warranty returns
Audient provides and supports the Limited Hardware Warranty, but warranty service is fulfilled through the dealer and distributor network in the market where the product was purchased.
The warranty operates on a return-to-base basis. When requested, the product must be returned carriage paid to the dealer from which it was purchased.
The cost of returning the product to the customer after warranty service is covered by the relevant dealer, distributor or service agent.
If ORIA Mini was purchased outside the owner’s normal country of residence, the distributor in the owner’s country of residence may be unable to fulfil the warranty. The product may need to be returned to the original dealer at the owner’s expense.
Out-of-warranty service
If ORIA Mini is outside its warranty period or is not eligible for warranty coverage, an Audient distribution partner may be able to provide a chargeable repair service.
Chargeable service support is available for as long as is practicable.
Limitation of liability
Audient is not liable under the Limited Hardware Warranty for direct or consequential loss or damage resulting from the product or its use.
This limitation does not affect any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Statutory rights
The Limited Hardware Warranty is provided in addition to any statutory rights available in the country where ORIA Mini was purchased.
